Dr. Mattern and the Trinity Health Sports Medicine Team would like to offer physicals for South Prairie will be offered June 16, 8:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. and July 11, 1:00-5:00 p.m. at the Trinity Health Dryland Room, MAYSA Arena. No appointment necessary. Athletes should bring a pre-filled out form from your school or from online (https://ndhsaa.com/files/NDHSAA_Physical_Form.pdf) with a parent signature and $30.00 cash or check payable to Trinity Health Sports Medicine. • Only eligible athletes are those entering grades 7-12 • Forms need to be downloaded and filled out ahead of time • Please call 701-857-3491 if you have any questions Dr. Mattern appreciates the opportunity to take care of these athletes. Please also note that for each $30 physical completed, ½ of those funds are held in escrow by Trinity Sports Medicine or returned back to the school’s Athletic Department for purchase of Sports Medicine Supplies at SP High School Athletics.

Trinity FASTER Program Information: Trinity Sports Medicine is very pleased to be offering our FASTER athletics Injury Prevention and Performance Enhancement program at South Prairie High School this summer. The focus of this program is on agility, core strength, jumping with emphasis on correct landing, single leg balance, single leg strength, flexibility and much more! The FASTER program will be designed and directed by members of Trinity Health's Sports Medicine Team. FASTER will be offered on Tuesday and Thursday mornings for six weeks beginning June 6 and ending July 20. We will not schedule FASTER sessions the week of July 4th to allow families to enjoy the holiday. There is a deadline of May 26th for registration. Sports update due to the weather: -no baseball practice -there will be softball practice instead of the game from 3:45-5:15 in the gym (the game will not be rescheduled) -track practice is still on and will be at home schools

Here are some results from today's varsity golf meet in Underwood: -Gage Olson placed 9th with an 87 -Tanner Anderson placed 17th with a 92 -The team placed 6th The next varsity golf meet is Wednesday at Rugby!

Track meet tomorrow in Parshall has been moved up to 10:00 am. The bus will leave at 8:00 am.

Baseball update for tomorrow: There won't be a JH/JV game, but there will be two varsity games vs. Central McLean tomorrow starting at 11:00 a.m. at Corbett to try to get them in before the rain.
