The JH Girls Basketball game today will be in Burlington, not Des Lacs, and will start at 4:15 p.m.
Here is the bracket for the Region 7 volleyball tournament at the Minot Auditorium. South Prairie-Max plays on Monday at approximately 4:15 p.m. vs. TGU.

🎃 Student Council had a pumpkin decorating contest for the grades to compete in over the last couple of weeks! Each grade worked together to pick a design and put it together!
This year’s winners are:
3rd Place: TIE between the Freshmen (Starbucks) and Seniors (Witch and Cauldron).
2nd Place: Sophomores (Alladin)
1st Place: Juniors (Alice in Wonderland)
*Unfortunately, the staff didn't get to enter the competition with Mrs. Goetz's awesome design!
5 South Prairie FFA members will represent the state of North Dakota today to compete at the National FFA Convention in Indianapolis. Joshua Lindbo, Maddie Hogue, Brylee Better, and Natalee Becker compete in the Food Science and Technology event and Annaliese Rauschenberger competes in the Employment Skills competition. Good luck today and way to go representing South Prairie FFA!
🏐The Royals volleyball team took 2nd in the district tournament and advance to play TGU in the first round of the regional tournament on Monday!
Congratulations to Amy Mikkelson, Azjiah Trader, and Brenna Eberle on being named to the All-District 12 team and Coach Schwarzrock for being named the District 12 Coach of the Year!
🏐 Good luck to the volleyball team tonight as they take on Our Redeemers in the district championship game! It's the third game of the night (approx. 7:00 p.m.) at the Minot Auditorium. If you can't make it to the game, you can watch it on psp.network or PSP Network's YouTube page. Go, Royals!
Please make sure driveways are clear for buses to be able to run. If they aren't, then we can only drive where possible.
❄️ 🧣 Students riding the buses, including activities, must dress for winter weather now. No “open” shoes, shorts, etc.. Please wear shoes that cover your feet, pants, and a jacket.

🏐 District volleyball semi-finals today! The girls take on DLB in the last match of the night (approximately 7:30 p.m.). The final round of the tournament is tomorrow night. Come cheer them on.
The middle school bowling party is tomorrow. Students will leave at 10:30 a.m. and be back by 3:00 p.m. Students, remember to bring Mr. MacIver $5 for sandwiches and chips for lunch.
🍽️ Menu change: Tomorrow will be Polish sausage on a bun.
Back for the 23rd time, SRT Communications Tech Day is a chance for approximately 125 students from 14 area schools to compete in events such as accounting, business communication, business law, desktop publishing, document production, introduction to business, presentation software, and spreadsheet.
South Prairie had one student compete in each of the categories and 4 of them took 1st place!

There will be NO SCHOOL tomorrow, October, 26th.
❄️ School will dismiss today at 12:00 p.m. with busses running at 12:15! Lunches will be moved up so all kids can eat before they leave. A decision will be made later about school tomorrow.
