𝐌𝐫𝐬. 𝐌𝐲𝐞𝐫𝐬 is in her 8th year of teaching elementary physical education at South Prairie. In addition to teaching, she also serves as the school's archery coach.
She has a deep passion for helping students discover the joy of movement, build lifelong healthy habits, and finding confidence through physical activity. She says that being recognized as the ND SHAPE Teacher of the Year is an incredible honor, and she is grateful to be a part of such a supportive school and professional community.
𝐌𝐫. 𝐊𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐫 has been in education for 37 years and is now in his 9th year as athletic director at South Prairie. Of his 37 years, he has been an athletic director for 33 of them.
His dedication and support of South Prairie athletics is extremely admirable and appreciated! He thanks his amazing family members and the South Prairie community for their continued support and motivation over the years!

The informational meeting for the trip is scheduled for TOMORROW, JANUARY 23rd from 6:30 to 7:15pm in the High School Commons. Trip dates, itinerary, costs, and requirements will be discussed tomorrow. Official sign-ups will start upon the conclusion of the meeting!
If you can't make the meeting, please still respond and the meeting information will be emailed to you tomorrow evening. The meeting is only if you have an interest in travelling and does not mandate a spot on the trip.

🇺🇸 The girls basketball, boys basketball, and cheerleading teams will perform a flag ceremony before the varsity game.
🎟️ All veterans and active military get free admission to the game and a coupon for free popcorn and a drink.
🇺🇸 The MAFB Honor Guard will present the colors for the national anthem that will be performed by the pep band.
👕 Wear red, white, and blue to school and to the games!

We learned about the importance of safe driving 🚗, talked with community ambulance 🚑, Minot Rural FD 🔥, a state trooper 🚔, Minot Bomb Squad and Swat Team 💣, and even played Mario Kart and drove a simulator 🏁.

🎄Royals Holiday shirts will be delivered tomorrow morning. If you DO NOT want the shirts to be handed out to your kid because it's a gift, please email Mrs. Bickel to let her know! Otherwise, you can pick them up at the games or from the office during the day tomorrow.
🎅The holiday theme is still on for tomorrow -- complete with hot chocolate/coffee bar, dress-up theme, and Christmas tunes!
🎁You can drop of toys for the Toys for Tots toy drive in the elementary entry way or the high school commons at any time tomorrow!

🧸Can't go to the game or want to bring a donation early? The Toys for Tots Toy Drive is started NOW. There are donation bins in the elementary entry way and the high school commons area. You can bring donations any time this week or just bring your donation with you to the basketball game tomorrow night! *Toys should be new and unwrapped.
👕Wear your Royals Holiday shirts (which should be delivered today or tomorrow and will be sent home with kids or available for pickup at school tomorrow and at the basketball games).
🎄Didn't order a shirt? No problem! Show off your Holiday spirit by wearing your favorite holiday sweaters/outfits.
🎶The band will be playing Christmas music for warm ups!
