Turkey Bingo is tonight with concessions and a 50/50 raffle at 5:00 and Bingo starting at 5:30!

Turkey Bingo has been moved to tomorrow due to a power outage at the school. Concessions and 50/50 raffle will begin at 5:00 with Bingo starting at 5:30. Please note the time change and see you tomorrow!

The PTO will be hosting Turkey Bingo on Friday night! The raffle and concessions will start at 6:00 p.m. with the first round of Bingo beginning at 6:30 p.m.

Congratulations to the One Act Play team on their 4th place finish at the regional competition in Minot yesterday! Maddie Wiley got a Superior Acting award and Allie Feland got honorable mention! Great job girls! 🎭


The Booster Club is running a special clothing order to be done by Christmas break! There are some really high quality options for everyone and they make great gifts!
Forms will be sent home with all students, you can print this form, or you can pick one up in the high school office! To order, bring your form and payment to the high school office (elementary students can turn it in to their teacher) by November 18th!




Congratulations to McKynna Stenberg and all of the other athletes who were named to the District 12 All-District team last night! Way to go, McKynna!


On Thursday (11/7) there will be a Teen Maze activity for the high school students. Teen Maze demonstrates the emotional, physical, and financial consequences of the choices and chances students may face as teenagers. This event provides another venue for students to practice healthy decision-making, explore critical information, and connect what has already been taught in the classroom to real life situations.
We want to inform the public that this will be going on and that there will be emergency vehicles and possibly a helicopter in the school parking lot during this event.

An FFA Alumni Meeting is scheduled for 7pm on Tuesday, October 29th in the Commons. All supporters of Agricultural Education are welcome to attend.

Tonight is the last regular season game for C, JV, and varsity volleyball! They travel to Stanley to take on the Blue Jays at 5:00, 6:00, and 7:00.
The District Tournament starts Thursday, October 31st at the Minot Auditorium!

Friday- VSCO girl or prep
Monday- Rock and Roll!

This week is National School Bus Safety Week!
We would like to recognize our seven daily bus route drivers. As a district, these individuals haul our most precious cargo over 175,000 miles a year.
Their job is often overlooked and under appreciated! Thank you for doing your part in making South Prairie School such a great school!

The Garrison/Max/South Prairie cross country team will run at the State Cross Country meet on Saturday, October 26th at Souris Valley Golf Course in Minot.
The schedule for Saturday is:
Class A Boys: 11:00 a.m.
Class A Girls: 11:45 a.m.
Class A Awards: Immediately following the completion of Class A races.
**Class B Boys: 2 p.m.
Class B Girls: 2:45 p.m.
Class B Awards: Immediately following the completion of Class B races.
