🏈It's the first Friday of the school year and it's GAME DAY. The varsity football team has their first game tonight at home starting at 7:00 p.m. vs. Rugby! Good luck, Royals!
Just a reminder that students are not allowed to stay at the school unsupervised at the end of the day. They also cannot be inside the building during the game. If you are at the school, it needs to be because you're at the football field watching the game.

Before the school year starts, don't forget to have the South Prairie Royals app downloaded from the App Store on your mobile device! This is where you can receive alerts, check for upcoming events, look at sports schedules, view important documents, find out what's for lunch, and more!
*Make sure you follow the directions below to receive alerts for all school levels that apply to you/your child. EVERYONE should have "School District" checked in order to receive important alerts that apply to all.

We’re excited to see everyone back for the first day of school on Wednesday! Go Royals!

If members wish to exhibit any of these items, they must be turned in to the Ag Shop by 10am July 21. Be sure to come and see South Prairie FFA's exhibits at the North Dakota State Fair from July 23-31!

Dear South Prairie Families:
It's not too late to start!
A ‘school-wide Title 1 program’ works with students in grades K-8 to raise academic achievement. As a ‘school-wide Title 1 school,’ South Prairie is encouraging our rising grades 1-8 students to continue their math skills this summer by accepting the Summer Math Challenge.
The flyer explains this free, 6-week program, starting June 21st, whereby students will earn weekly badges online. You can sign up by going to https://hub.lexile.com/smc. The final certificate of completion can be brought to school in August or emailed to me at eileen.ciser@k12.nd.us or sent through ClassDojo. We are looking forward to a special bonus celebration when we return in August for those who complete the 6-week program and submit the certificate!
Kind regards, Mrs. Ciser Title 1 Teacher
